Nishad is a Software Developer for iCIMS based out of Holmdel, NJ.
Previously he worked as a Software Developer for EMC | Data Domain at the Santa Clara, CA office of Data Domain from March 2012 - Oct 2015
His work at EMC included design and development of DD Management Center - a web application - for customers of the recovery systems manufactured by Data Domain. The development is done primarily using Java with GWT and Sencha GXT.
Nishad graduated with a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology in May 2012. His academics dealt with investigation and understanding of computer networks and he developed a keen interest for Parallel Computing. Working with Prof. Alan Kaminsky, he completed his capstone project titled "Parallel Animated Image File Generation" in the same field.
Before that, Nishad interned as a Software Developer at Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, New York. While at Kodak, he worked on developing a tool which would allow creation of products which would be deployed on Kodak Picture Kiosks which have a presence around the country and globally. For his second internship, Nishad worked on a helping complete a prototype of a Facebook Application that Kodak had under development at that time.
